We would just like to introduce the two lovely hosts of our upcoming menopause seaside retreat in March 🌊 "We are Jinty Sheerin & Lou Hockings-Thompson, two lifelong friends who host the weekly Womenkind Collective Podcast, something which we created in March 2021. To date, we have over 100 Episodes, great guests, and are listened to in over 40 Countries. While menopause is not necessarily the podcast’s sole focus, it quickly became a common theme of conversation. Locally, we set up Exmouth’s first Menopause café, which runs regularly throughout the year. In February 2022, we started a Campaign #wheresmyclinic for an NHS Menopause Clinic in Devon, we hope to ensure that the women of Devon will be able to access the correct support they need during menopause. We enjoy being regular guests on BBC Radio Devon, and we ran their first-ever BBC Radio menopause café live on air in 2022 and another in 2023." Why is Lynton called L͟i͟t͟t͟l͟e͟ ͟S͟w͟i͟t͟z͟e͟r͟l͟a͟n͟d͟? 🌿 This is actually due to its alpine-like appearance, which was first acclaimed in 1799 by the poet, Robert Southey.
